Chip seal is one of the most cost-effective pavement preservation strategies available — and it's one of our signature specialties. By applying a layer of liquid asphalt binder and then embedding aggregate chips, chip seal restores weathered surfaces, improves skid resistance, and significantly extends pavement life at a fraction of full-replacement cost.
